Subscription orders placed over the phone or through the mail may incur shipping charges. **For subscriptions outside of the U.S., standard shipping is included in the subscription rates listed above. In some areas, standard shipping may not be sufficient and a priority courier service upgrade may be needed in order to receive your magazines. If you suspect a missing issue, please notify your local post office of your expected delivery of Tropical Fish Hobbyist Magazine. TFH makes every effort to deliver your monthly issue via our standard shipping, however if a priority shipping upgrade is necessary due to missing issues or delayed delivery, an additional cost of $15 per year will be added to the subscription and standard shipping rate to cover the upgrade.

***All subscribers are required to maintain a valid mailing address during the subscription period. If you have a change of address, we require that you notify us by certified mail (TFH Magazine, 1 TFH Plaza, 3rd & Union Avenues, Neptune City, NJ 07753) at least 45 days prior to the date of the address change. You may also use our online address change system, which generates a confirmation number after an address change. For the vast majority of postal customers, TFH Magazine cannot be forwarded through the USPS and we are unable to replace missing issues due to delayed address changes. Subscription rates include standard shipping and do not cover replacement fees for lost issues.
