If you are missing an issue of Tropical Fish Hobbyist please check your account status to make sure your account is paid in full and that your address listed is correct.

Address Changes:
All subscribers are required to maintain a valid mailing address during the subscription period. If you have a change of address, we require that you notify us by certified mail (TFH Magazine, 1 TFH Plz, 3rd & Union Avenues, Neptune City, NJ 07753) at least 45 days prior to the date of the address change. You may also use our online address change system, which generates a confirmation number after an address change. For the vast majority of postal customers, TFH Magazine cannot be forwarded through the USPS and we are unable to replace missing issues due to delayed address changes.

Domestic Subscribers:
Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your first issue.

Foreign/Canadian Subscribers:
We cannot replace missing issues for Canadian and Foreign Subscribers.
