2. I just signed up for TFH Digital and I received my email confirmation, but I cannot view the archives—why is that?
The first digital issue you receive when you subscribe through tfhmagazine.com is a complimentary issue. Your subscription will begin with the next issue that is released. You will receive an email from us when the first issue of your actual subscription is available. This email will serve as a confirmation that your account is active and you are able view available archives.

If you received notification in the mail regarding renewal or payment and you have already sent a response, please disregard your letter- they simply were crossed in the mail. However if you continue to receive notifications, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately.

Have you paid the balance in your account? If you are unsure please check your account status. Your free book will be shipped upon the receipt of payment.
For those who have paid in full please allow 2-3 weeks after payment for your free book to arrive. Allow extra days if it does not get to you right away, for it may have been delayed in the mail.
11. How can I receive TFH digital?
If we do not have an email address on file we cannot notify you when the lastest issue is available. Log in to your account here to update/change your email address.

Unfortunately, TFH is unable to back-date any subscriptions. So make sure you renew as soon as you receive your first notice to ensure uninterrupted delivery of your magazine issues. We can even notify you by email when it’s time to renew. To make sure your email is registered to your account, click here to log in.

Back to top15. I do not live within the U.S. and am missing multiple issues, how can this be resolved?
In some areas, standard shipping may not be sufficient and a priority courier service upgrade may be needed in order to receive your magazines. If you suspect a missing issue, please notify your local post office of your expected delivery of Tropical Fish Hobbyist magazine. TFH makes every effort to deliver your monthly issue via our standard shipping, however if a priority shipping upgrade is necessary due to missing issues or delayed delivery, an additional cost of $15 per year will be added to the subscription and standard shipping rate to cover the upgrade.
Back to top16. I recently changed my address and I am now missing an issue
All subscribers are required to maintain a valid mailing address during the subscription period. If you have a change of address, we require that you notify us by certified mail (TFH Magazine, 1 TFH Plz, 3rd & Union Avenues, Neptune City, NJ 07753) at least 45 days prior to the date of the address change. You may also use our online address change system, which generates a confirmation number after an address change. For the vast majority of postal customers, TFH Magazine cannot be forwarded through the USPS and we are unable to replace missing issues due to delayed address changes.
