• TFH reserves the right to discontinue, cancel, or otherwise render inactive any promotions, specials, or offers at any time.

    *For subscriptions outside of the U.S., standard shipping is additional to the subscription rates listed above. In some areas, a priority courier service upgrade may be needed to receive your magazines. If you suspect a missing issue, please notify your local post office of your expected delivery of Tropical Fish Hobbyist magazine. TFH makes every effort to deliver your bimonthly issue via our standard shipping, however if a priority shipping upgrade is necessary due to missing issues or delayed delivery, an additional cost of $15 per year will be added to the subscription and standard shipping rate to cover the upgrade.

    All subscribers are required to maintain a valid mailing address during the subscription period. If you have a change of address, we require that you notify us by certified mail (TFH Magazine, 85 West Sylvania Avenue, Neptune City, NJ 07753) at least 45 days prior to the date of the address change. You may also use our online address change system, which generates a confirmation number after an address change. For the vast majority of postal customers, TFH magazine cannot be forwarded through the USPS and we are unable to replace missing issues due to delayed address changes. Subscription rates include standard shipping and do not cover replacement fees for lost issues.

  • You may cancel your subscription to Tropical Fish Hobbyist magazine at any time during your subscription term. If you choose to cancel your Subscription, please note that we do not issue refunds on magazines already delivered (except where required by law). You may request a refund for all magazines not yet delivered, by contacting us at CustomerSupport@TFH.com. The amount to be refunded will be a pro rata value based on the number of magazines already issued. In the case of a gift subscription, money will be refunded into the account of the original purchaser. If an error in processing was made on our part, or due to a technical error for online subscriptions, the full value of any non-delivered magazines will be refunded in full.
