1. Where can I find my Customer Number?

2. I just signed up for TFH Digital and I cannot log in through www.tfhdigital.com

You will not be able to log in directly using your email address through www.tfhdigital.com until the first official issue of your subscription is available.  This process can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the production schedule of the next issue that is set to be released.  

When you subscribed, you should have received an email from tropicalfishhobbyist@texterity.com that contained a link to your preview version of TFH Digital.  If you did not receive the email, please notify us at customersupport@tfh.com.

3. Why am I unable to print or download TFH Digital?

For copyright reasons, TFH does not allow printing, downloading, or reproducing of the magazine in any way.

4. I need to change the email address where I receive my magazine, how can I do this?

Go to www.tfhmagazine.com, click on “manage my subscription,” then log in using the email address on your account. Once you are logged in, you will be able to update your email address.

5. I have a duplicate subscription

6. I received the message "That Customer Number was not found"

If you have encountered this problem, your account is probably canceled or suspended for non-payment. Please contact our customer service department by email at customersupport@tfh.com or phone at 888-859-9034.

7. What does Suspended for Non Payment mean?

We have not received payment for your subscription and your account is temporarily suspended. In order to continue receiving issues you must pay online immediately.

8. What does Cancelled for Non Payment mean?

We have not received payment for a substantial amount of time. To make payments and reinstate your subscription, please contact our Customer Service Department.

11. How can I receive TFH digital?

TFH Digital is offered as an add-on service for a one-time activation fee of $3.99.  An email address is required for the notification of TFH Digital.  To add/update your email address, log into your subscription account here.

13. I didn’t renew on time and missed an issue or two, would you be able to back-date my subscription to include the missing issues?

Unfortunately, TFH is unable to back-date any subscriptions. So make sure you renew as soon as you receive your first notice to ensure uninterrupted delivery of your magazine issues. We can even notify you by email when it’s time to renew. To make sure your email is registered to your account, click here to log in.

14. My subscription expired more than 60 days ago and I cannot log in, why is that?

Once your account has been inactive for 60 days, we require that you create a new account if you would like to subscribe to Tropical Fish Hobbyist magazine online. To subscribe click here.

15. I do not live within the U.S. and am missing multiple issues, how can this be resolved?

In some areas, standard shipping may not be sufficient and a priority courier service upgrade may be needed in order to receive your magazines. If you suspect a missing issue, please notify your local post office of your expected delivery of Tropical Fish Hobbyist Magazine. TFH makes every effort to deliver your monthly issue via our standard shipping, however if a priority shipping upgrade is necessary due to missing issues or delayed delivery, an additional cost of $15 per year will be added to the subscription and standard shipping rate to cover the upgrade.

16. I recently changed my address and I am now missing an issue

All subscribers are required to maintain a valid mailing address during the subscription period. If you have a change of address, we require that you notify us by certified mail (TFH Magazine, 1 TFH Plz, 3rd & Union Avenues, Neptune City, NJ 07753) at least 45 days prior to the date of the address change. You may also use our online address change system, which generates a confirmation number after an address change. For the vast majority of postal customers, TFH Magazine cannot be forwarded through the USPS and we are unable to replace missing issues due to delayed address changes.

17. I am missing an issue, are you able to replace it?

If you are missing an issue, there is a reason and our Customer Service Department will help you get to the bottom of it! Please contact us at customersupport@tfh.com to report your missing issue. However, TFH is unable to honor missing issue claims for issues that have been in circulation for over 6 months. We also are unable to replace missing issues.
