AQUATIC LIFE RELEASES NEW 14,000 KELVIN T5HO LAMPS
Innovative new bulb provides ideal intensity, color and spectral distribution to enhance quality as well as aesthetic appeal.

COMMERCE CITY, Calif. (September 14, 2012)—With a smooth and unwavering color spectrum, Aquatic Life LLC is remaining ahead of the curve with its new 14,000-Kelvin T5-HO lamps, which achieve more light while using fewer bulbs.

Staying true to its original undertaking of bringing the ocean to aquarium users everywhere, Aquatic Life’s blue tinted T5-HO lamp accommodates the biological requirement of mid-water corals, while highlighting the aesthetic appeal of the fish allowing their true colors to show. Additionally, the blue color produced by the florescent bulb compliments surrounding purple and actinic light to create custom colors.

“It’s a very exciting time at Aquatic Life,” says co-owner of Aquatic Life David Troop. “Our new German-made T5-HO lamps are redefining our already high standards both in terms of craftsmanship and efficiency. Our goal is to provide the ultimate aquarium experience to a wide range of aquarium hobbyists, and our new T5-HO lamps are  another example of how committed we are to maintaining that goal.”

The T5-HO lamps are available in 24,” 36” and 48” sizes.
